I may be wrong, but I believe they are related, because y=log(2x)+3 has a variable x, and so does y=log(x). I hope this helps!

The graph y = log (2x) + 3 is the translation of the graph y = log (x) as much as (3 + log (2)) ≈ 3.3 units up

<h3>Further explanation</h3>

Function is a relation which each member of the domain is mapped onto exactly one member of the codomain.

There are many types of functions in mathematics such as:

  • Linear Function → f(x) = ax + b
  • Quadratic Function → f(x) = ax² + bx + c
  • Trigonometric Function → f(x) = sin x or f(x) = cos x or f(x) = tan x
  • Logarithmic function → f(x) = ln x
  • Polynomial function → f(x) = axⁿ + bxⁿ⁻¹ + ...

If function f : x → y , then inverse function f⁻¹ : y → x

Let us tackle the problem.

The given functions can be modified as follows:

y = \log ( 2x ) + 3

y = \log 2 + \log x + 3

y = \log x + (3 + \log 2)

From the function above it can be concluded that the graph y = log (2x) + 3 is the translation of the graph y = log (x) as much as (3 + log (2)) ≈ 3.3 units up

To be clearer, it can be seen in the attached image.

Yellow and green = 76+49=125

Answer to A is Red and Blue bulbs

Bulbs in all: We already know from A that there are 137 and 125 so 137+125 is 262.

A golden rectangle has side lengths in the ratio of about 1: 1.618 if the long side of a golden rectangle is 35 cm what is its a
lakkis [162]

Answer:

The answer to your question is 757.1 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Data

Ratio  1: 1.618

long side = 35 cm

Area = ?

Process

1.- Use proportions to solve this problem

       1 : 1.618 :: x : 35

        x = (35 x 1) / 1.618

        x = 35 / 1.618

        x = 21.63

2.- Calculate the area of the rectangle

Area = base x height

Area = 35 x 21.63

Area = 757.1 cm²
