Answer: Was always at war

Explanation: Because the Roman society was always at war, there was always political strife between which led to a lot of fight, contention, bad blood just for superiority. Same can be said of Julius Caesar who ruled between 50BC and 40BC and was assassinated during a power tussle for, in came August who ruled between 40BC and 30BC, who also followed a similar pattern of revenge. All this are scenerios of political strife within the Roman society which meant the society was stable due to its constant wars.

Answer:

This fact indicates how instable the Roman Society and government was.

Explanation:

The Roman Society was very rigid and rulers were very powerful.

Julius Caesar was a dictator who got into power after becoming a political ally with one of rome's wealthiest men Crassus. He was a brave man and served in the army, he received decorations for his bravery

Augustus got into power following political strife that was due to the assassination of Julius Caesar. Julius Caesar was his maternal great uncle.

Corruption in the Roman Senate, problems of leadership in the military, economic difficulties, are all examples of the political strife and instability faced by Rome.
