Answer:

The rhyme scheme and meter create an inviting and conversational tone.

Explanation:

The poetic structure not merely controls the mood or tone of the poem but also effects the intended message or meaning. The rhyme scheme, rhythm, and meter constitute the major elements of the poetic structure. These are the figurative language techniques used by the poets to create a specific effect on the readers. Developing patterns of the rhythm and syllables establishes the poet's purpose gradually and effectively to the readers. They create an inviting and conversational tone in the poem which would bring the reader's attention and interest and assist in evoking an emotional response from them.

The answer is A. It creates the quality of the oral tradition

The reason being that by the wording of this excerpt the author is trying to convey a conversational tone in which the reader can interact with the event that is about to unfold. The informal language actually creates a conversational tone that common with the oral tradition.

In a standard dictionary, where can you find the key to pronunciation marks?
solong [7]
Taking into account that this problem stated standard dictionary, the answer would be most likely to be as C. in the front of the dictionary.

Many would argue that the answer would be a. at the bottom of each page, or b. in an appendix, or even d. within the definitions because of their personal experience. Having a logical approach, it is important that the key to pronunciation marks be introduced first before the definitions of the words together with how they are spelled in phonetics.

harkovskaia [24]

Answer:

During this time period, The harper's  works centered around her abolitionist efforts.

These works created general awareness among people in united states about the cruelty and suffering that African American experienced during slavery, which became the stepping foundation for American society to progress forward. “Two Offers”, is a short story based on domestication, morale, and Christian values. During a time when men ruled in both society and in the home, how interesting for a woman to be presented with two life-altering offers. This story explores what the unfamiliar territory ‘choice’ was for women then and depicts the very motives that lay at the helm of such a decision. This story finds cousins, Laura Lagrange and Janette Alston, weighing in on two apparent offers of marriage. Their commentary on these offers was more than mere opinions; it would become the bed in which each woman would eventually have to lie in, indefinitely. These perspectives were a page out of a century when many women felt domestication was more important than self-discovery.

“Talk as you will of woman's deep capacity for loving, of the strength of her affectional nature. I do not deny it; but will the mere possession of any human love, fully satisfy all the demands of her whole being?”

HOPE THIS HELPS !
