March on Washington was one of the strongest moments of the Civil Rights movement that demanded for complete equality.
Explanation:
Before the march on Washington the movement had been on full force and many radical leaders had put up many demands but the movement had remained restricted to politician gains and against segregationist policies.
By the time of the march however it was clear that they had the support of the public.
This made them change the narrative and ask for equality against the law and to have more welfare schemes for raising of the state of the black people from poverty, along with reparations to the population.
