We all have mental health but the majority of us get mental illnesses. Mental illness can be inherited from your parents. Substance abuse has a big part to do with mental illness. As if you are someone with mental illness you will most likely turn to negitive ways to cope that make you feel good for once. Our body’s run off of chemicals and some times our bodies are in able to produce enough that makes us function properly. People usually don’t understand the whole truth of people with mental illness and just assume they know what’s best when really the best person to know what they need is themselves or a professional doctor! There are negative and positive perspectives on all these.
