Explain why you feel the government should or should not be involved in passing laws that affect public health?
ziro4ka [17]

Public health should be something that the public decides. No one should be told that they have to medicine. Or that they have tot take blood. There even laws and regulations in certain hosptiable areas that say that in case of emergency they will plan to do there best in a situation. Sometimes though people take that fro granted and do things without consent or legal rights and sometimes you get in trouble for it. I think that the goverment should actuall interferr with public health.

What distinguishes a heart attack from heart failure.
Aleonysh [2.5K]

Both heart attack and heart failure are serious cardiovascular conditions.  A heart attack is blockage of blood flow to the heart and occurs when the blood flow that brings oxygen to the heart muscle is severely reduced or cut off completely. The heart attack is acute and sudden and causes a lot of chest pain . Heart failure on the other hand occurs when the heart cannot circulate blood through the body and is a chronic progressive process. According these explanations the following statement is true: Heart tissue dies during a heart attack, while heart failure results in systemic oxygen deficiency.  Correct answer: C
