<span>This is a dichotomous pattern. The person in this mindset does not understand (or does not care to understand) how there can be gradations to nearly everything in our experience, and typically only sees the extremes of a situation. Looking at the modern day statistics do you think it was wise of the framers of the constitution to have two legislative bodies
Lesechka [4]

If there was only one house of representatives the smaller states will have less representation.

Explanation:

The original model of the house of representatives was taken from Britain. There are two senators per state and then there is the house of representatives where the number of members depends on the population of the state.

If the senate is removed, there will be less representation for the smaller states and thus there will be a chance they can be cornered.

The issue with this, is that constitutionally, all states are to be equal in the eyes of  the federal government in the Federation.

lana [24]

The correct answer is "I feel customers may think you have a poor attitude."

If the boss wanted to communicate more effectively by utilizing language, he would have to say that <em>"You have a bad attitude with customers. I feel customers may think you have a poor attitude."</em>

This is very important because probably the employee is not aware of the situation and the consequence of its behavior. That is why the boss has to tell the employee about the problem but also the reason why he wants that problem to be corrected. This way the employee is going to be aware that he/she has to change its attitude not only because the boss says so, but because its attitude is harming the company.

So language is very important to create understanding in the workplace.

The correct answer is: "autonomy vs shame/doubt"

The question is refered to Erickson's steps of psychosocial development. This theory appoints that each stage in life poses a challenge. Two opposing forces act over the person, who has to be able to resolve the trade-off, by adopting the positive force (autonomy in this case) and discarding the negative one (shame/doubt), in order to sucessfully advance in the development of his/her psychosocial personality and to arrive to the next step.

In this period, between 1-3 years old, the main aim is to achieve certain degree of autonomy by minimizing shame and doubt. The role of parents is crucial in giving toddlers the adequate degree of autonomy they need to sucessfuly end this stage.
