Answer:

C!

Step-by-step explanation:

This is because you are already starting with a positive number, and if you subtract a negative, it would be like adding a positive, which will always 100% be positive. Brainliest would be appreciated.

Help me please explain do not need work just explain THANK YOU I NEED HELP
Mnenie [13.5K]
Alright,

you will need to solve for each variable to find if they got the equation correctly or not..

Let's start with h
isolate h
(1/2)h = A/(b1+b2)
Now we need to get rid of 1/2 we may do so by multiplying both sides by 2

h = 2(A/(b1+b2))

And that's not how they did it for h so Option D doesn't apply

Let's see C
Also doesn't apply since they multiplied 2 only by A rather than A/h

Let's see B
Also not correct they made the same mistake as with option C

Let's see A
again same mistake
when multiplying both sides by 2
the 2 should be as following
2\frac{A}{h}

I believe you should contact your instructor and explain that non of the options is right.

LMNP is rotated 180 degrees clockwise around the origin. What are the coordinates of L?
Alona [7]

\huge\boxed{L^\prime(0, -1)}

To rotate a point around the origin by 180 degrees, multiply both parts of the coordinate point by -1. (This means you go from (x, y) to (-x, -y).)

L(0, 1)

L^\prime(0*(-1), 1*(-1))\\\boxed{L^\prime(0, -1)}

Factor 64 - P.<br> (8 - x(8 - x)<br> (8 + x (8 - x)<br> (X + 8)(x-8)
muminat

Question:

Factor 64-x^2

(8 - x)(8 - x)

(8 + x) (8 - x)

(X + 8)(x-8)

Answer:

Option B: (8+x)(8-x) is the factor

Explanation:

Given that the expression is 64-x^2

We need to find the factor of the given expression.

Let us rewrite the expression as 8^2-x^{2}

Since the expression is of the form a^2-b^2, let us use the identity a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)

where a = 8 and b = x

Substituting the values in the identity, then the expression can be written as

8^2-x^{2}=(8+x)(8-x)

Thus, the factor of the expression is (8+x)(8-x)

Hence, Option B is the correct answer.
