B) What complications should be monitored for if VZV is present
The precautions that should be monitored by the nurse are varicella pneumonia, encephalitis and preterm labor. These complications should be monitored to ensure the safe delivery of the mother and also survival of the baby and the expectant mother when she is giving birth.

C) Explain the signs of magnesium toxicity.
Magnesium sulfate can be very helpful to the body but a large amount of magnesium can be harmful. Its symptoms include cardiac dysrhythmias, respiratory depression, absence patellar deep tendon reflexes, decreased level of consciousnesses, urine output of 80ml in 4 hours.
