There are 4 lateral faces that are triangles.  Each triangle is: A = \frac{b  x  h}{2}
A = \frac{16  x  22}{2}
   = 176

There is one base that is a square. A = L x W
A = 16 x 16
   =  256

Surface area = 256 + 4(176)
                     =  256 + 704
