The average 8- to 18-year-old spends 3 hours or more per day on average in front of a screen doing very little to no physical activity.
You gain muscular strength, and you tighten your body which can lead to a healthy strong body. But if you work out to much you could really hurt your body and leave yourself with cramps and tight muscles.

This lead to the contamination of products such as meat and other food items. Also children began to work back then as well and when mothers learned that thier children were getting hurt they demanded money to pay for the cost of medical bills.
