The Turner family uses 548 liters of water per day. The Hill family uses 3 times as
SashulF [63]

Answer:11,508 liters per week

Explanation: Since the turner family uses 548 liters per day and the hill family uses 3 times that much you would multiple 548 by 3 giving you 1,644 liters per day. 1,644 liters is the amount of water they use in one day so you would have to multiply the amount of water used in one day with the total days of the week. Therefore 1,644x7= 11,508 liters per week.

What causes reversal of biochemical reactions?
Alexxandr [17]

A and B can react to form C and D or, in the reverse reaction, C and D can react to form A and B. This is distinct from reversible process in thermodynamics.

Weak acids and bases undertake reversible reactions. For example, carbonic acid: H2CO3 (l) + H2O(l) ⇌ HCO−3 (aq) + H3O+(aq).

The concentrations of reactants and products in an equilibrium mixture are determined by the analytical concentrations of the reagents (A and B or C and D) and the equilibrium constant, K. The magnitude of the equilibrium constant depends on the Gibbs free energy change for the reaction.[2] So, when the free energy change is large (more than about 30 kJ mol−1), then the equilibrium constant is large (log K > 3) and the concentrations of the reactants at equilibrium are very small. Such a reaction is sometimes considered to be an irreversible reaction, although in reality small amounts of the reactants are still expected to be present in the reacting system. A truly irreversible chemical reaction is usually achieved when one of the products exits the reacting system, for example, as does carbon dioxide (volatile) in the reaction

Please help me with the question in the photo.
Vlad [161]

yeah it's not A because that's for one cell multiplying itself to make another one pretty much, and it's not B because is not growing from another plant so yeah I would say its C

Two nuclei now form, followed by cytokinesis. how many chromosomes are in each nucleus
tangare [24]

It depends upon what type of cell which underwent the division. If it is a somatic cell and it underwent mitosis, the number of chromosomes remains unchanged at 46 in each cell. On the other hand, if it is a sex cell, the number of chromosomes is halved (23) after meiosis. By the way, mitosis is the term for cell division among somatic cells and meiosis is for the sex cells.

How are type 2 diabetes and HIV/AIDS different from each other
cupoosta [38]
Type 2 diabetes has 2 causes: genetics (mutation in a gene or genes) and/or lifestyle poor choices (overweight, etc.), whereas AIDS is a result of being infected by a virus called HIV (human immunodeficiency virus). There's also a huge difference in how they are treated. Type 2 diabetics take medicine to help them monitor their sugar levels, they have to be careful about their diet and they have to exercise. HIV/AIDS patients have to take medicines that work to try and keep the HIV virus from replicating in their blood (T-cells) and to avoid getting sick - their immune system is seriously depressed.
