Answer:

net present value = 133808.82

Explanation:

solution

we find here present value of cash inflows that is

Cash inflows = $325,000

and

cash costs @63% = $204,750

so

cash flow before tax = 325,000 - 204,750 = $120,250

and Tax @21% = $25,252.5

so

Cash flow after tax will be = $120,250 - $25,252.5 = $94,997.5

Discounting factor is = 0.17

Present value of cash inflows = (cash flows after tax ÷ discounting factor)

Present value of cash inflows = \frac{94997.5}{0.17}

Present value of cash inflows = $558808.82

so

net present value = Present value of cash inflow - present value of cash outflows

put here

net present value = $558808.82 - $425,000

net present value = 133808.82

Statement 2

You will be better able to increase the diversity of your workforce if you interview candidates with entry-level experience even though it might be ideal to hire someone with years of experience.

2. You should choose statement ___2______as the more appropriate strategy for managing diversity, since it is an example of__managing high standards_______.

3. The statement that indicates one of the diversity principles discussed during your absence is:

a. Surface-level diversity should not be treated as more important than deep-level diversity.

Explanation:

Workplace diversity is an important current topic. Diversity encourages productivity, creativity, innovation, and increased customer service. Diversity ensures that our limited worldviews are expanded to include others who are not, and do not think, like us but are humans created in Love and Mercy, to work with us, to make the world a better place. In today's workplace, a diverse culture looks beyond the familiar-cultural boundaries to embrace diverse peoples without minding their sex, race, sexual orientations, education, and other human attributes.

This case discusses the case of India and the potential impact of the new government's reforms on the future of India. The case
Maurinko [17]

Some of the factors that show that India has lots of promise to shine among the emerging market economies are;

 • India's substantial manufacturing growth, business-friendly reforms, infrastructure development, and political stability make the country the most notable developing market for investors to invest in.

What are some of the factors that are preventing India from achieving its full potential?

India would not be able to grow its economy or develop sustainably until gender and economic disparity are reduced. According to a recent United Nations Development Fund assessment, India trails behind several of its South Asian neighbors on the human development index (HDI), mostly due to inequities.

Why was China able to achieve such economic growth more easily than India?

While economic reforms may account for some of the differences, China outpaced India because:

(1) the economy was privatized sooner;

(2) prices were released sooner;

(3) the labor market underwent much deeper reforms; and

(4) the economy was opened up to international trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) sooner.
