Well, you never have to worry about getting thicc. Lets say you eat 2 boxes of pizzas by yourself, (if that's the case you should get help cause that isn't healthy) BUT let us say you do, if you do a high level of fitness you'll loose that weight you gain. You'll be maintaining a stable weight.
