Hi!

This question is a little confusing. If you mean which one is greater in volume, i can help. Sorry if i'm misunderstanding the question!

If you do mean which is greater, here's an answer:

So there are 4 cups in a quart. To find out how many cups are in 10 quarts, just multiply 4 by 10. You'd get 40 cups, making 10 quarts larger than 38 cups.

Hope this helps, once again sorry if i misunderstood :)

3) John has decided to invest his $20,000 in two saving accounts. He decides to invest some of it at 4.5% annual interest and th
Elza [17]

The amount he invested in the account that yields 4.5% interest is $7,500.

The amount he invested in the account that yields 2.5% interest is $12,500.

What is the system of equations that represent the question?

a + b = $20,000 equation 1

0.045a + 0.025b = $750 equation 2

Where:

a = amount he invested in the account that yields 4.5% interest

b = amount he invested in the account that yields 2.5% interest

How much was invested in the account that yields 4.5% interest?

Multiply equation 1 by 0.025

0.025a + 0.025b = 500 equation 3

Subtract equation 3 from 2

250 = 0.02a

a = 12,500

How much was invested in the account that yields 4.5% interest?

Subtract 12,500 from 20,000

20,000 - 12,500 = $7,500

Answer:

Account Receivable Days : 14.16 days

Fixed Asset Turnover : 0.48 times

Total Asset Turnover : 0.27 times

Inventory Turnover : 3.98 times

Step-by-step explanation:

1) Account Receivable days is calculated as : (Account Receivable/Revenue) * Number of days in a year. Hence the answer is calculated as = (52000/134

0000) * 365 = 14.16.

2) Fixed Assets Turnover is calculated as : Net Sales/Fixed Assets. Hence the answer is calculated as 1340000/2790000 = 0.48.

3) Total Asset turnover is calculated as : Nets Sales/Total Assets. Hence the answer is = 1340000/4990000 = 0.28.

4) Inventory Turnover is calculated as : COGS/Average Inventory. Hence the answer is = 601000/151000 = 3.98.
