We will use Binomial Distribution in this case.

Since the coin is tossed 15 times. N which is the number of trails will be 15.

P = Probability of heads

Q = Probability of tails

X = No. heads occurring in each toss.

So, now we have to find the probability for exactly 10 heads.

P(x = 10) = C(15, 10) P^x Q^N-x

C(15, 10) (1/2)^10 (1/2)^5 = 0.0916

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

-1 to 0 is divided in four parts.

similarly 0 to 1 is divided in four parts

so each fraction on either side is 1/4 onthe right of 0 and -1/4 on the left of 0.

A is 2 parts on the right of 0,A=2×1/4=1/2=0.5

Bis 1 part left of 0,B=1×(-1/5)=-1/5=-0.2

7 gallons are left.
Since he goes 28 miles per gallon and he drives 140 miles, you divide 140 by 28 and get 5 (number of gallons he used) and subtract that number by the total number of gallons of fuel he had at the start of his trip giving you 7 gallons left. Hoped this helped

mixas84 [53]

The area is greater because you multiply 10 by 10. The perimeter is all the sides added together so that would be 40 units. All sides of the square are the same. Area is length times width

Find x
earnstyle [38]

Answer:

C

Step-by-step explanation:

The diagonals of a rectangle are congruent, then

5x - 31 = 2x + 11 ( subtract 2x from both sides )

3x - 31 = 11 ( add 31 to both sides )

3x = 42 ( divide both sides by 3 )

x = 14

Then

RT = 2x + 11 = 2(14) + 11 = 28 + 11 = 39

The diagonals are each 39 units
