chief keef is better since he has made a bigger contribution to rap by  popularizing the sub genre drill rap. This allowed many rappers from Chicago to blow up during this time since more eyes were on Chicago's rap scene. he has also inspired the new sub genre trap music since many elements of drill came from rap and also you can ask almost any new trap rapper who their inspirations are and almost all of them list chief keef
