A cumulative frequency table is like a histogram; we have to decide on the ranges; let's use 60 second intervals so we can just use the minute column.

min sec count lengths

0 0-59 0

1 60-119 2 1:25 1:56

2 120-179 1 2:56

3 180-239 4 3:30 3:15 3:51 3:52

4 240-299 3 4:14 4:20 4:58

Total 2+1+4+3=10 songs

(2+1+4)/10 = 70 % are under 4 minutes
