Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations. It is the ability to direct and motivate others to achieve individual, team and company goals.  To be a role model, to inspire and achieve goals. It means that to be striving to success. Along with leadership, comes big responsibilities and the big question, are you ready to become a leader? To be responsible for your people and your community. To lead them through thick and thin. Through rough and hard times. Are you ready?

Leadership is a skill necessary in life as it demonstrates ones ability to be independent and live life according to their own will. It also elucidates one’s inner strength to be able to guide others safely when their is no one to take on this specific role. In my opinion leadership is a skill highly regarded by many as the key to success as it leads you to a plethora of great opportunities.
