Keep in mind its been a while since i did this type of work lol.....

did you try to draw it out on a grid paper....what will be helpful is if you got the coordinates and put the points down and then if you connect the dots you get your shape now you will count the unis in which the width and length is timed. so like if you had grid and it gave you coordinates and you did all that now you will count how many units is in the width and how many in the length.
but your best answer might be 14 units x 4 units

Do calculations

16x=10

Result

x=10/16

An 8-foot roll of wrapping paper costs $12.48. What is the price per inch?
Kisachek [45]

The price of this wrapping paper per inch is equal to $1,198.08.

Given the following data:

 • Cost of wrapping paper = $12.48.
 • Length of wrapping paper = 8 foot.

To determine the price of this wrapping paper per inch:

How to solve the problem.

In this exercise, you're required to solve for the cost of an 8-foot roll of wrapping paper that costs $12.48. Thus, we would convert the length of this wrapping paper in foot to inch and then multiply by $12.48.

Conversion:

1 foot = 12 inch

8 foot = X inch

Cross-multiplying, we have:

X = 8 \times 12

X = 96 inch

For price per inch:

Price = 12.48 \times 96

Price = $1,198.08

Whats the perimeter and area of this shape?
stich3 [128]

Answer:

60+14.35=88.27

Step-by-step explanation:

5x12 for the rectangle on the right, then for the circle, using the formula A=πr², I get 28.27, which you divide by 2 because you only need half of the circle, and you get 88.27. I calculated the radius by subtracting 12-6 and then dividing that in half because the radius is half of the distance to the other end of the circle. Then you get the radius of 3, then plug it into the formula to get π(3)², which is just 3.14(9), and you get 28.27.
