Answer:

Explanation:

1. The most common cause of cardiac arrest for adults:

Cardiac arrest can be caused by many factors as well as any heart condition.

Cardiac arrest occurs when a heart is sick and as a result many malfunctions occur, and it causes faster heart rate than it's normal. When someone has a heart attack, it causes our heart to have scars and malfunctions. It becomes enlarged and in that condition it's more prone than a healthy heart to suffering arrhythmias and other heart conditions. When a person has a heart attack, they're in a delicate state for the next six months as it's most probable that heart attack will happen again. Heart medication plays a big role in suffering some of the heart diseases, too. The changes in blood occur, such as lacking in magnesium and potassium and they can cause life-threatening cardiac arrests. Using drugs can cause cardiac arrest to, even if a person has a healthy heart and those are only few examples of how cardiac arrest occurs.

2. The most common cause of cardiac arrest for children:

Sudden cardiac arrest happens unexpectedly and as result a heart stops beating. It's pretty rare in children, but the fact is that it can affect almost anyone. Males are more likely to suffer from heart-related diseases than females. In childhood, it happens between the age of 10 and 19 years of life, but it's not impossible than an infant suffers from it, too. It's important to look into family history of children that can be more prone to it than the others. Heart abnormalities that are seen on the scanner, sudden death in the family of a person that's younger than 50 years, kids that lose their consciousness and have seizures.

3. What they have in common:

What both kids and adults have in common is definitely genetics.

Both adults and parents of small children that are prone to suffering a cardiac arrest due to family history, should visit doctor regularly, just in case, as it's better to know that to do, then to be surprised by it.
