For the fifth one; "The problem is the soldier is unable to figure out the whereabouts of his family." and the solution, "He needs to ask someone politely and calmly, you will be more stressed if you aren't calm and it'll be harder to be polite to someone under pressure." And for the final one; "The problem is the soldier has captured an enemy and is now contemplating his punishment." and to answer it, "It comes down to two things, moral and understanding. To kill someone would be wrong, especially if you don't know their background. They could be fighting for their family, or to gain money, or honor. But you have to understand that they could turn on you, or convert others if they stay alive, and could even risk putting you in danger."
