Answer:

A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. Good leaders do the work of guiding others to a place they've never been before and want to get to. They see the possibilities of the future and clear the way forward, so that others can also see those possibilities.

IN THE GIVEN ESSAY , Verb is - Leader , A Phrase is- anyone can become a leader and A Noun is- Richard Branson.

Explanation: ESSAY ON THE QUALITIES OF A GREAT LEADER.

                            INTRODUCTION

The fuel that allows an person or an organization to push and lead forward is good leadership. Although the idea that 'leaders are born' is not inherently valid, as shown by some charismatic industrial leaders like Richard Branson, anyone who was once a victim of dyslexia can learn leadership with practice. Anyone may become a leader, regardless of qualification and educational merit.

One who not only encourages others but also knows each member of his / her team is a real leader. Although the basic ingredients of a successful leader are communication, attitude and determination to get the job done, other characteristics (or features) that allow real leadership in a leader are imagination, empathy, ethics, transparency, and the ability to challenge failure, among others.

                    FEATURES OF A GOOD LEADER

  • Positive stance-: Being the most significant trait that distinguishes leadership, positive attitude is vital energy that a leader must have. What shapes a leader is attitude. Member of a team does not need the same strategy, but embedding a positive mindset in each of them will bring an idea to life, regardless of the challenge.
  • Accountability-: Passing the buck on to others in circumstances threatened by failure is quick. But what separates an employee from a leader is taking responsibility and being accountable. Accountability and Accountability go hand-in - hand. Larry Robins, a maverick of hedge funds, once wrote a letter of apology to his investors describing his inability to turn their funds into money. Then, without charging any free brokerage to his beloved customers, he started another hedge fund company to be what defines accountability.
  • Responsibilities -: A strong leader is never afraid to take responsibility. Not only will inculcating this value demonstrate that you are responsible and transparent, but it will also inspire others to take responsibility for their share of actions. Although parents have a duty to nurture and educate their children, a politician should provide his / her country's people with good governance.
  • Ability to appeal failure -: In any workplace, disappointment will occur; however, the way in which the frustration is taken care of will decide how high the authority is within the organisation. First and foremost, the ability to tolerate failure is the ability to succeed in life or business.
  • Focus -: The more concentrated a leader is, the better the result of his or her team participation. Usually, the subordinates would obey the point of discussion set out by the chief. Focus is a trait which defines the speed of productivity and the team's dedication to work. It is also important for the leader to ensure that the emphasis is crystal-clear and that team goals are set early on.

                                        CONCLUSION

The universal myth that leaders are born and not created is no more true, given the examples of many great leaders we have today. There is no doubt that anyone can become a leader, but it is true that it can not be important for every leader. For each leader to lead and be followed, the characteristics mentioned above must be instinctive. A manager, on the one hand, is one who transfers all of his tasks to a chief. In the other hand, in cooperation with his squad, a leader is one who takes them up and finishes them. Progress and true leadership are also synonymous.
