Aquamarine is a noun. If you search up aquamarine definition you will see it says noun, although sometimes used in a sentence it can be an adjective, pronoun and more. It depends on what sentence aquamarine is used in. Same goes with other words similar. :) Hope I helped!

What is the importance of motivation?
____ [38]
The importance of motivation is often under-estimated and I would also venture to say that it's the least understood knowledge area among people who hold vital leadership roles within an organization. Being proficient at motivating your employees will, without a doubt, be a measure of your success as a leader. From my perspective, this is one key performance indicator (KPI) that should be on any leader's dashboard!

Can someone please help me? :(
TEA [102]

Answer: D

Explanation:

Logos appeals to the audience's logic/reason, Ethos appeals to the speaker's status or authority, making the audience more likely to trust them, and Pathos appeals to the emotions.

The best way to identify ethos is noticing which sentences come from credible sources or smart people. "I'm a doctor, and I can tell you this medicine is safe," something like that. D is the opinion of multiple professional zoologists, so we know it's ethos.
