235/15 as a mixed number is 15 10/15 or 15 2/3. I got that answer by dividing 235 by 15. 15 cant go into 2 so leave that space empty. 15 can go into 23 1 time. write the one up top subtract the 15 from 23 to get 8, bring down the 5 to get 85. 15 can go into 85 5 times which gives you 75. 85- 75 is 10 put the remainder over the dividend 15 and you get 15 10/15 or simplify it as 15 2/3. Here's a video to help to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-imFslMIN1g

Anastaziya [24]

Answer:

The Proof is given below.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

P is the center of Circle

∠ONE ≅ ∠TEN

To Prove:

∠5 ≅ ∠6

Proof:

Exterior Angle Theorem:

Exterior Angle Property of a Triangle states that measure of exterior angle of a triangle is equals to the sum of measures of its interior opposite angles.

STATEMENT REASON

1. So In ΔONE,

\angle 5=\angle ONE+\angle 2 1. Exterior Angle Property of a Triangle.

2. Similarly In ΔTEN,

\angle 6=\angle TEN+\angle 1 2. Exterior Angle Property of a Triangle.

3. But , ∠ONE ≅ ∠TEN 3. Given

4. And P is the center of circle So

  PN=PE                                       4.radius of same circle

5. ΔPEN is an Isosceles triangle,

∴ ∠ 1 ≅ ∠ 2 5. Isosceles triangle property

6. ∴ ∠5 ≅ ∠6 6. From 3 and 5 Transitive Property.........Proved

Whats the answer and work for this problem (3)
mamaluj [8]
This is a system of equations. You can solve it by substitution or elimination. I'm going to use substitution x - 2y = -4.5; add 2y to each side x - 2y + 2y = -4.5 + 2y; simplify x = 2y - 4.5 2(2y - 4.5) + 3y = 12 4y - 9 + 3y = 12 7y - 9 = 12 7y - 9 + 9 = 12 + 9 7y = 21 y = 3 <--------first answer x - 2y = -4.5 x - 2(3) = -4.5 x - 6 = -4.5 x -6 + 6 = -4.5 + 6 x = 1.5 <--------second answer Check: 2(1.5) + 3(3) = 12? 3 + 9 = 12? 12 = 12; It checks 1.5 - 2(3) = -4.5? 1.5 - 6 = -4.5? -4.5 = -4.5; It checks x = 1.5 and y = 3 <-----------Final Answer
