Paul, after Christ's death, became one of the main reasons that the Roman empire converted to Christianity. He went on many long trips deep into the empire, preaching and spreading the religion. He and the other disciples affected so many people, that the Roman emperor Constantine made it legal to practice other religion in the empire. Eventually, because Paul started a chain reaction, and the emperor after Constantine, Theodosius, made the empire's main religion Christianity.
Seabury refused to be silent in the face of this open rebellion or rule by Committee which he likened to mob and bully tactics. He argued directly and effectively against the comprehensive commercial opposition passed by the delegates. Seabury predicted economic ruin from blockading ports, and depressed flaxseed and land prices.
The first major cause was the Industrial Revolution itself, which began in Great Britain but then quickly spread to the United States. The second was the factory system, which used a system of assembly lines to make production faster and more efficient than ever before
