Nancy just graduated with her B.A. in marketing. Her long-term goal is to run a social media department for a large company. She

has been offered a one year unpaid internship to be a social media assistant in the marketing department for a small company. Is the internship a stepping stone to Nancy's long-term goal?

According to the question, internship will be considered a heading step towards Nancy's goal of social media department development.She will get to improve and build her social media skills even though she is not getting salary while working as intern in the small company .After attaining some experience and fluent hands-on skills in social media ,she can approach big firms and company for her goal profile .
