Answer:

The correct answer is 1. A cognitive ability test .

Explanation:

Taking into account the dispositions required to carry out the work effectively, it is noted that in Edudrakel the use of skills is required rather than being specific to the field studied. For this reason, it is necessary to implement tests of cognitive ability because they allow to know more clearly which are the topics that are best handled by the candidates, and with that information to be able to use them in the area in which they perform best.

Why is zero unemployment and zero inflation not ideal for the economy?
TEA [102]
Zero unemployment and zero inflation is not good fpr the economy because inflation is important to keep the economy running.economis t call this sustainable inflation. when there is an inflation , you know that the price will rise in the future. your money is more valuable now since the price is lower then the future thus you sped noe instead of saving. this keeps the economy running.
If unmeployment were zero that would mean no new business could start, no existing business could expand and no one is entering the labor force. shortage of labor like this would increase the wage as the existing business  have to compete for the labors and if wage sgoes up then prices goes up as well: inflation.

You are considering investing in a project with the following possible outcomes: Probability of Investment States Occurrence Ret
frutty [35]

Answer:

SD = 0.0740270 or 7.40270 percent rounded off to 7.403 percent

Explanation:

To calculate the standard deviation of the investment, we must first calculate the expected or mean return of the investment. The expected or mean return can be calculated as follows,

r = pA * rA  +  pB * rB  +  ...  +  pN * rN

Where,

  • pA, pB, ... represents the probability of state occurrence
  • rA, rB, ... represents return A, return B and so on  under each state

r = 0.2 * 0.16  +  0.4 * 0.12  +  0.2 * 0.05  +  0.2 * -0.05

r = 0.08 or 8%

The formula to calculate the standard deviation of a stock/investment is as follows,

SD = √pA * (rA - r)²  +  pB * (rB - r)²  +  ...  +  pN * (rN - r)²

SD = √0.2 * (0.16 - 0.08)²  +  0.4 * (0.12 - 0.08)²  +  0.2 * (0.05 - 0.08)²  +  0.2 * (-0.05 - 0.08)²

SD = 0.0740270 or 7.40270 percent rounded off to 7.403 percent
