Any shape can contain material into it that is equal to its volume.
So, this cone can hold as much food as its volume.
Volume of a cone=\pi  r^{2}  \frac{h}{3}
here, r(Radius)= diameter/2= \frac{3}{2} in.
and h(Height)=7in.
and \pi =3.14
So;
Volume=3.14*(  \frac{3}2} )^{2} * \frac{7}{3} =16.485 in.^3
Answer is 16.49in^3

Hope this helps!

Y=6xy = 5x + 7 substitution
Naddik [55]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

hello :

y=6x...(*)

y = 5x + 7...(**)

by (*) put the value of y in(**) :

6x=5x+7

6x-5x=7

x=7   but  y=6x   so : y=42

the system solution is (7,42)

Question mark 1: Match the triangle to correct function and answer
postnew [5]

Answer:

Triangle 1 - m\angle A = 58^{\circ}, hypotenuse = 16

x \approx 8.479

Triangle 2 - m \angle A = 44^{\circ}, adjacent leg = 18

x \approx 17.382

Triangle 3 - m\angle A = 49^{\circ}, opposite leg = 12

x \approx 15.900

Step-by-step explanation:

Each triangle is solved by means of trigonometric relations:

Triangle 1 - m\angle A = 58^{\circ}, hypotenuse = 16

\cos 58^{\circ} = \frac{x}{16}

x = 16\cdot \cos 58^{\circ}

x \approx 8.479

Triangle 2 - m \angle A = 44^{\circ}, adjacent leg = 18

\tan 44^{\circ} = \frac{x}{18}

x = 18\cdot \tan 44^{\circ}

x \approx 17.382

Triangle 3 - m\angle A = 49^{\circ}, opposite leg = 12

\sin 49^{\circ} = \frac{12}{x}

x = \frac{12}{\sin 49^{\circ}}

x \approx 15.900

Simplify 14x+5[6-(2x+3)]
faust18 [17]

Answer:

4x + 15

Step-by-step explanation:

A = 14x + 5[6 - (2x + 3)]

  = 14x + 5[6 - 2x - 3]

  = 14x + 30 - 10x - 15

  = (14x - 10x ) + (30 - 15)

  = 4x + 15

Hope this helps!
