Explanation:

The beta_adrenergic receptor can convert 100 molecules of adenylate cyclase into its GTP bounded form per molecule of epinepfrine.

Also, each molecule of activated adenylate cyclase (the GTP bound form) can produce 1000 molecules of cAMP per seconds.

Assuming full response means that all molecules of activated adenylate cyclase will produce que maximum cAMP response.

So, we have 100  activated adenylate cyclase molecules, each one producing 1000 molecules of cAMP.

That means we have 1x10^5 (100000) molecules of cAMP will be produced one second  (1 s) after the formation of the complex epinephrine-beta_adrenergic receptor
