Explanation:

Epinephrine and norepinephrine are the adrenaline hormones. These are the part of the autonomic nervous system to make the body ready for responding. The epinephrine controls the functioning of the heart and the norepinephrine controls the blood vessels. Both of these hormones function in fight-or-flight response due to stress.  

Due to epinephrine and norepinephrine during startling the perspiration due to will increase and the heart rate will also increase.
