In fitness you have three bases. No matter what sport you will have cardio, some form of weightlifting, and you have to maintain your diet.
Positive- helps keeps your body active and more will help you keep a good balance of energy to do things
Negative- the negatives could be more stress due to lack of energy not as confident in your decisions due to not very good vibes( I don’t know how to explain it) your less likely to do a good job at a project or work
