So the question asks, how is the process of photosynthesis taking place through Calvin Cycle?

In plants, carbon dioxide (CO2 $CO2$ CO2C, O, start subscript, 2, end subscript) enters the interior of a leaf via pores called stomata and diffuses into the stroma of the chloroplast—the site of the Calvin cycle reactions, where sugar is synthesized. Because they are not primarily fueled by light, these reactions are often known as the "light-independent reactions."

Carbon atoms from CO2 $CO2$ CO2 C, O, start subscript, 2, and end subscript are fixed (incorporated into organic molecules) and utilized to create three-carbon sugars in the Calvin cycle.
