Answer:

does not exist.

perfectly obeys all gas laws.

Explanation:

An ideal gas is the one which obeys all the ideal gas laws. There are some assumptions of ideal gas laws which are mentioned as under:

(1) There are no interactions (attractive/repulsive) at all among the particles of a gas.

(2) Collision of ideal gas particles among each other are elastic. Elastic collision is a kind of collision in which kinetic energy is conserved i.e. loss of total kinetic energy is nil.

(3) Gas particles display rapid, constant & random motion and the sizes of particles of a gas are extremely small as compared to their distance from each other. In short, we can assume that due the extremely small size of gases their volume is negligible.

But in reality, an ideal gas does not exist in nature because there are some deviations from ideal gas laws which exist in all the real gases at low temperature and high pressure conditions. In such conditions, the particles start interacting with each other and also start occupying finite space.

Amino acid catabolism involves the breakdown of 20 amino acids all of which contain nitrogen but have different carbon skeletons
Alex Ar [27]

Answer:

The overall strategy employed in the catabolism of the carbon skeletons of the 20 amino acids is conversion to citric acid intermediates such as acetyl-CoA

Explanation:

The breakdown of the different carbon skeletons of the 20 amino acids is strategically channelled towards the citric acid cycle. Six major products are obtained in the catabolism of the carbon chain of amino acids and these products all enter the citrc acid cycle. The six major products are acetyl-CoA, α-ketoglutarate, succinyl-CoA, fumarate, oxaloacetate and pyruvate.

The amino acids that are broken down completely into acetoacetyl-CoA and/or acetyl-CoA are said to be ketogenic since they yield ketone bodies in the liver.

The amino acids that are broken down into α-ketoglutarate, succinyl-CoA, fumarate, oxaloacetate and pyruvate can be converted to glucose and glycogen and are said to be glucogenic. Pyruvate can further be converted to either acetyl-CoA or oxaloacetate. Some amino acids though are both ketogenic and glucogenic, e.g. tryptophan, threonine.

Which cross shows both parents having two different alleles for each of two different genes?
shtirl [24]

Answer:

The correct option is Number 1. AaBb x AaBb

Explanation:

Genes can be described as basic hereditary units. The genes are made up of DNA.

A gene carries two alleles for a particular trait. These alleles are present at the same loci in the homologous chromosomes. If the two alleles are similar then they are termed as homozygous e.g AA, BB. If the alleles for a trait are different then they are termed as heterozygous e.g Aa and Bb.
