Answer:

The neuron will not be able to transmit information to other cells.

Explanation:

The neuron can be known as the basic unit of the Nervous System, it is in charge of <em>activating and inhibiting the its electrical activity. </em>

It has 3 parts in charge of different functions regarding communication and integration:

  • Dendrites: the neuron's small extensions, in charge of<em> integrating the received information</em>. They are the neuron's input.
  • Axon: the neuron's <em>main extension</em>, the output which is bigger in size and is in charge of carrying out the action potential to other neurons.
  • Axon terminals: the neuron center in which the <em>metabolic activity</em> takes place.

In this case, Melanie has damaged the axon of the neuron so it will <em>not be able to transmit the information to other cells</em> since it's the neuron's output.

The answer is "<span>Identity Crisis".

The idea of identity crisis begins in the work of developmental psychologist Erik Erikson who trusted that the development of personality was a standout amongst the most critical parts of a man's life. While building up a feeling of identity is a vital piece of the high school years, Erikson did not trust that the development and development of personality were simply bound to puberty. Rather, identity is something that movements and develops all through life as individuals face new difficulties and handle diverse encounters.

During Reconstruction, the
sergij07 [2.7K]

Answer:

B. continued to suffer

Explanation:

During Reconstruction, the Southern economy struggled to get back on its feet. The farmlands which were the major source of living for the former African American slaves had just been destroyed, and in some cases completely burned down to the roots. The former slaves hoped to be given some of the lands where they worked without pay, but instead of that, their white masters sought for ways to still make them work for little pay and restrict their freedom.

The lands were not redistributed. So, this situation made the African Americans in the south struggle in order to rebuild their economy. Sharecropping and Tenant farming evolved during Reconstruction, and Textile mills became dominant in the region.
