The main democratic norms or values are, Liberty, Equality and Justice.

Three incidents which happened in our locality that did not reflect the democratic norms are explained below.

Explanation:

Liberty, Equality and Justice are three main democratic values and norms that must be present in a society. The incidents happened in our locality that didn't reflect these norms are explained as follows:

  • Liberty: I recently went to one of my neighbors and came to know that their daughter was not allowed to go out of the house, whereas his brother can go anywhere he wants. This is liberty of rights which i saw getting violated.
  • Equality: In a market, near my house, I normally see this scene that street vendors are not treated equally. They were not even given equal rights.
  • Justice: A very rich man lives near my house, and when his son committed a crime, not even a complaint against him could be filed. This shows total injustice.

77julia77 [94]

The correct answer is that groupthink can be a problem in very unified and cohesive groups.  The group members could be so invested in making a unanimous  decision that they do not see other possibilities. On the other hand,  It is least likely to be a problem when managers have used up all their resources and are in need of some new  ideas.  Some of the solutions for this problem are improved  meeting agenda,  balanced staff work, and constantly competing views.
