Iron supports enzyme systems that are involved in the synthesis of collagen and elastin. It helps the hair to become vibrant and shiny and it also helps prevent the nails from becoming brittle and dry by keeping them strong and moist.

Well make a food chart of how much she needs and show her tell her to look over it be for she eats to make sure everything is balanced (that's what helped my friend) also just getting her to fun around the house with a friend or you like a race would be nice also as an exercise also on rainy days she could do a crunches game were she would make goals each week on a chart to see if she could beat or meat the amount of crunches she did on a daily basis btw the gym might be a fun thing to do with friends I did these things with my friend and it worked
