Not sure if you had choices so as to make your answer more specific to the question being posed, but in general, hand hygiene and proper infection control measures should be taken and taught.
Alcohol can make you feel loopy making you forget what you did they previous day. But i say drugs because you feel high and act differently. MAny drug addicts take drugs to make they feel very high or sleepy.
