My leg muscles ache from walking 1-1/2 miles today. I want to walk again tomorrow, even with the pain. Will I do any damage if I

do? or will the muscles strengthen and the pain go away in a short period of time?

Answer:

I would suggest taking a day off if you are in a lot of pain. Stretching and vitamins will help. If you are in a lot of pain, you can take ibuprofen. If you really want to walk tomorrow, try walking just a mile or a half.

Explanation:

The pain should go away shortly. It is probably just muscle building up. Stretching and consistently walking should help the problem. :)
