I believe the answer is: a. measured by how well she or he does the job.

In the common good based system, there would be no stratification between workers. Which mean that performance would be measured not through numbers of profit or total output, but from whether the workers able to fulfil the expectation from other members of the group.

Measured by how well she or he does the job.

Further Explanation:

The most common method to measure worker success is by reviewing at the end of the target period. The organization can use the rating scale: 1 to 10 and rate the worker at regular intervals. The worker should focus on the performance and keep the eye on the completion of tasks effectively and efficiently. The organization should ask the employees to rate their job satisfaction. The management can use digital trials to check and track the employer’s work. Team performance boosts productivity. The organization can include peer appraisals. The work of the employer can be evaluated by the external evaluators. Quantity and quality are must for a satisfactory outcome. An employer should have control over the budget, cost-effectiveness is very much necessary. The employees should be creative and innovative in their works. Feedback forms are also a tool through which we get to know about the employer's satisfaction and ideas about any reformation that can be implemented.
