V = 360 in³
                     Let Ab = area of the base
h = 4 in

V = Ab × h

360 = Ab × 4

Ab = 360 ÷ 4

Ab = 90 in²

Ab = l × w
                          The product of the base measurements must be 90.
90 = l × w

    ⇒ 6 in × 15 in = 90 in²  ⇒  The base measurements could be: 6 in by 15 in

Find the values of the mode when median is given to be 5 and mean is 7.
Reil [10]

Answer:

Mode = 1

Step-by-step explanation:

Relation between the Central Measures of Tendency

  • Mean, Median, and Mode are commonly referred to as the Central Measures of Tendency
  • The formula between the three is given by :
  • ⇒ Mode = 3Median - 2Mean or Mode + 2Mean = 3Median

Solving

  • We know that :
  1. Median = 5
  2. Mean = 7

Therefore,

  • Mode = 3(5) - 2(7)
  • Mode = 15 - 14
  • Mode = 1

A line passes through the point (4,8) and has a slope of 3/2. Write an equation in slope-intercept form this line.
Tcecarenko [31]

Answer:

3x-2y=-4 is the equation of the slope intercept line.

Step-by-step explanation:

The passing through point (4,8)=(x1,y1)

Slope(m)=3/2

the equation is

or (y-y1)=m(x-x1)

or (y-8)=3/2(x-4)

or 2y-16=3x-12

or 2y-3x=16-12

or 2y-3x=4

or -(3x+2y)=4

or 3x-2y=-4

This is the Final equation of that line..
