Loose constructionism is a type of interpretation of a document that relies on the broad interpretation of the text in the said document. It often applies to the type of interpretation done on laws and the Constitution.
Pro: It will cases that are explicitly stated in the document.
Con: It will lead to misinterpretation and bias.
