1 is perpendicular which would be independent/ consistent

2 is the same line, dependent/ consistent

3 is parallel, which never cross, so this is inconsistent

4 is intersecting, this would be independent/ consistent as well.

inconsistent lines never cross, independent lines cross once, and dependent lines are two lines with the same slope and y-intercept.
