2.) the fraction is 3/10 because there are 100 blocks and 30 of them are filled
Decimal is .3 because it is 30% of 100
The ratio is 3:10

3.) part is 40 because 50% of 80 is 40 and whole is 80 because that’s the full number without the percentage, percentage is 50 because 50% is the percentage you have to get this means it’s 40/80 = 50/100 we know this is correct because they both simplify to 1/2=50%
