In example of are: southern California, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana( usually Cajun Country which is more humid and hotter during the summers), Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. Which these states are hot during the summers and it is that you don't like the heat it is not recommended to be in these states or Mexico.
