Two activities that kids could take part in are soccer and gymnastics. Both of these sports will push the child to strive for a goal. These activities will also boost their self esteem when they win a championship or a game and when they don’t win, it will also teach them to never give up. The parents role during these sports is to simply be there for their child. When the parents are supportive no matter the outcome, that boost the child’s self esteem waaaayyy up because they know that you’ll always love them and be there for them during the happy and the sad times.
I hope this helped! :-)

Which activity is good for building strength?
svlad2 [7]

Crunches

In my educated opinion, crunches would be the best choice out of these options to build strength. A one mile run builds cardio, sit and reach and gymnastics build flexibility and some strength, crunches is strictly abdominal strength.
