Havinq quality standards improves customers satisfaction and customer desire to purchase further products from a firm like this. An example being when, for example, a car company has very high quality standards which makes their cars safe and efficient. A customer is likely to buy their car again in the future, once he wants to change it (this is a positive outcome for him). Compared to a car company which doesn't care about the quality standards of their cars.
