Example : skin tone can affect by where your lived. like if you live in desert you skin might be darker and if you live in winter your skin might be whiter
example : height, people who eat less protein would be shorter than people who eats more protein
example: hair color can be also the example of physical traits.
like, one of my teachers she is the same race as me but when she has a baby here in american her baby hair is brown. but she and her husband hair is black. i think it's because they lived in different enviroment and the food we eat.

Explanation:

Though some cells are bigger than others, they do not scale with size. For example if you look at skin cells on a dog they would be similar in size to a skin cell from a human. When an animal or species is bigger it is usually just made from more cells.
