So it’s at 12 the hands are the same because it’s 12:00 so then when you think about it, the next time would be 1:05 and it couldn’t possibly be any earlier because the hour before was 12, 0 minutes and then the next time would be 12:01- 1:04 but the hands wouldn’t overlap but then they would at 1:05 because the hour is one, the minutes is five, hope this helped:)
