Answer:

Out of the following, the D. laws controlling international trade agreements are not included in Constitutional laws.

Explanation:

The Constitution only speaks about what is of primary concern to the government and its subjects. International trade is not a subject of primary concern and thus does not have a place in the Constitution.

Moreover, the laws relating to international trades agreements need to be framed depending on various external factors and need to be amended frequently. It controls the customers and the sellers with required taxes. Hence, they are not included in the Constitution.

What are the specific difference between bulimia nervosa and binge-eating ?
mihalych1998 [28]
People who suffer from bulimia nervosa experience binge-eating episodes which are followed by "purging" as it is called, meaning that people who suffer from bulimia nervosa will first eat huge amounts of food and wll later vomit this food out as to prevent weight gain.

Binge-eating on the other hand is similar in the sense that people who suffer from this eat a lot of food but do not "purge" afterwards; they just eat huge amounts of food. People who suffer from binge-eating can gain a lot of weiht in short periods of time.

Why is there no rules committee in the Senate?
vekshin1
There are no rules committee in the senate because the committee is not as powerful as its house counterpart, the House Committee on Rules as it does not set the terms of debate for individual legislative proposals, since the senate has a tradition of open debate
